لاہور (ڈیلی اردو تازہ ترین ۔ 14 مارچ2021ء) یونیورسٹی میں سرعام پرپوز کرنے کے معاملے پر گلوکار و سماجی کارکن شہزاد رائے کا بھی ردعمل سامنے آ گیا ۔ شہزاد رائے نے بھی طلباء کی حمایت کردی ۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق گلوکار و سماجی کارکن شہزاد رائے لاہور کی نجی یونیورسٹی میں سرعام ایک دوسرے کو پروپوز کرنے اور گلے ملنے پر دونوں طلبہ کی حمایت میں کھڑے ہوگئے ہیں سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ٹوئٹر پر شہزاد رائے نے اپنے گانے کی ویڈیو شیئر کرتے ہوئے ٹوئٹ کی کہ ’ لڑکی کو سرعام مارنے پیٹے پر کوئی متوجہ نہیں ہوتا لیکن پیار سے گلے لگانا بہت بڑا جرم ہے

دوسری جانب شہزاد رائے کی ٹوئٹ پر مداحوں کی جانب سے انہیں سخت تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے۔

فاروق نامی صارف نے شہزاد رائے کی ٹوئٹ پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے سوال کیا کہ سر جی: میں نے آپ کو ہمیشہ غلط پہلو پر کیوں پایا؟ آپ سماجی مسائل میں ہمیشہ غلط ہوتے ہیں، یہاں تک کہ یورپ میں بھی ایسا نہیں ہوتا کیونکہ یونیورسٹی پڑھنے اور سیکھنے کی جگہ ہے گلے لگنے یا پروپوز کرنے کی نہیں، اگر آپ کو یہ سب چیزیں پسند ہیں تو مغرب کی پیروی کریں ہم جنس پرست ہوں اور خوش رہیں۔

خیال رہے کہ کچھ روز قبل لاہور کی نجی یونیورسٹی میں لڑکی نے لڑکے کو کھلے عام پروپوز کیا تھا جس کی ویڈیو سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہوئی اور انتظامیہ نے دونوں کو یونیورسٹی سے نکال دیا تھا۔ اسی حوالے سے معاون خصوصی شہباز گل نے سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ٹویٹر پر ٹویٹ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ چھوٹے بچے ہیں اور زندگی کی بہت ساری گھمبیرتوں سے ناواقف ہیں۔ یہ درست ہے کہ انہیں اپنے کلچر تہذیب کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے یوں سماجی بغل گیری سے اجتناب کرنا چاہئیے تھا۔لیکن انہیں یونیورسٹی سے بے دخل کر دینا اس کا حل نہیں۔شہباز گل نے مزید کہا کہ کوئی چھوٹی سزا دے دیں۔تعلیم حاصل کرنا تو ان کا بنیادی حق ہے
